KYB America is the world’s largest supplier of shocks and struts to vehicle manufacturers. KYB produces a variety of ride control products for use as original equipment and replacement parts in automobiles, motorcycles, light trucks, buses, rolling stock and industrial applications. Since implementing IFS DC and IntelliLabel, KYB reduced the ASN process from line-by-line manual entry (8-12 hours) to the printing and scanning of a single master label (15 minutes).
Cyberonics, Inc. was founded in 1987 to design, develop and market implantable medical devices for the treatment of epilepsy and other debilitating neurological disorders. With the addition of Radley Data Collection for QAD, Cyberonics inventory and production process saw faster picks with their real time system lookups.
The Kirby Risk Manufacturing Division manufactures and assembles products for off highway OEM manufacturers. They also design and assemble industrial control panels for automated assembly line applications. By implementing Radley’s iCARaS EDI solution, Before implementing Radley EDI, the company printed customer demand off of a website and manually entered the data into their ERP system. Radley iCARaS allowed them to eliminate this manual process.
Prent Corporation provides custom thermoform plastic medical packaging, electronics packaging, consumer packaging, plastic automation trays and other high-quality plastic product solutions. Radley helped automate inventory transactions, boosting inventory accuracy to over 99%.
GEM Group provides personalized bags and business accessories to customers around the world. Radley’s solutions, integrated with IFS, eliminated disconnected paper-based systems. By automating many data capture functions in both manufacturing and logistics they were able to do in one single scan what was previously a multi-step, labor intensive, and error prone process. In a second project phase, Radley automated their picking process, to eliminate picking errors and validate shipping information.
