Radley improved IPL’s system of barcode tracking and data collection to increase operational efficiency by replacing their outdated warehouse management system. IPL gained real‐time visibility. Future enhancements include inventory counts and audits as well as moves and transfers of inventory from one location to another. IPL also plans to convert other warehouses to the Cityworks and Radley solution, including transmission and distribution, fiber and communications, and substations.
