Once your issue is logged into RadTrack, our call tracking system, you are assigned a customer support representative who will be your resolution partner until your issue is resolved or elevated. Every call we receive is considered important and will be prioritized based on the severity of the issue. "Production Down" situations are always given the highest priority.
